Name the fire.
Keep your feet on the ground.

This first lesson is short on purpose. You do not need to explain your whole life, prove what happened, or decide what everything means. The goal is to separate what is happening, what you feel, and what you can actually do next.

01 · Orientation

What NBJB is.

Not Broken Just Burning is a personal-development framework for people moving through chaotic periods of life. It uses education, lived experience, reflection tools, practical strategy, story, and optional spiritual language to help move through:

The Path gives you places to work. The tools help you examine specific problems. Neither one is supposed to tell you who you are.

02 · Boundary

What NBJB is not.

Not therapy.

NBJB does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed mental-health professional.

Not a courtroom.

A reflection can help you organize thoughts. It is not legal proof, legal advice, or a substitute for evidence.

Not a mind-reader.

Strong feelings and repeating patterns deserve attention. They do not automatically prove another person's motive or diagnosis.

Not spiritual certainty.

Fire, Phoenix, ritual, prayer, or archetypes can create meaning. They are lenses, not proof of supernatural claims.

03 · Practice

Facts. Feelings. Control.

This is the front porch of Fire Reclamation: name what is happening without letting the story swallow your entire identity.

Private by default: anything you deliberately save from this exercise stays in this browser on this device. It is not automatically uploaded to your Flamewalker account. If this is a shared device, do not save anything you would not want another person using this browser profile to see.

04 · If writing is too much today

You are allowed to use the smaller door.

Do not force a deep reflection because a webpage told you to. If you are overloaded, skip the exercise and choose one grounded action instead:

  • Drink water and eat something decent.
  • Turn off the argument machine in your pocket for an hour.
  • Write one sentence: “The next thing I control is…”
  • Go outside, shower, sleep, or do something physical and ordinary.
  • Talk with a trusted person or qualified professional when the situation needs more support than a self-guided lesson can provide.

Sometimes the most advanced spiritual practice available is going to bed before making a life-changing decision.

Next move

You do not need the whole map before taking the next step.

Choose a current Path focus or open a specific tool. Keep one Next Honest Action visible and let the rest wait its turn.
